So how come this took over half a year to complete? Well, it all starts way back after My fair Angel Op was released. We decided to do the 'other' clip of Wind, and the natives started to work! The raw we used at the time was encoded in 15fps Indeo. minori probably chose it because it can run on low-end computers, but the quality wasnt up to snuff. So anrp, the encoder at that time, spent a good amount of time trying to clean it up. Our script was done at the end of November, and we sent it off to anrp to make it look schnozzpoppin'.
And we waited.
And we waited.
And we waited.
And we waited some more.
And 2003 arrived.
I guess it was kinda our fault too for not poking at anrp with t3h pokey stick enough times. But you know what? It all turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as the Soyokaze no Okurimono DVD contained a better quality copy of the clip.
Due to anrp being on temporary dial-up, Landcaster took over the encoding job. A final QC took place over three days because I wanted to do a re-edit, and it all came through in the end! As for the feedback? This was B-F's only release that wasn't publicized through its own channel. Therefore, it's not officially a joint effort. Oh well.
